Lectures and Seminars
In the summer semester, the core modules Collective Labour Law I, Individual Labour Law (advanced) and Social Law (basics) are offered. The elective modules include Case Law from the Highest Courts in Labour Law and Labour Law in Legal Practice.
In the winter semester, the core subjects Collective Labour Law II and European Labour Law are offered. Furthermore, the elective subjects include Social Security Law and Social Court Proceedings (advanced), Labour Law in the company, Labour Court Proceedings, and Legal History of the Economy.
Each summer semester, the core modules ‘Collective Labour Law I’ and ‘Individual Labour Law’ are offered, along with ‘Social Law’; the elective modules include ‘Case Law from the Highest Courts in Labour Law’ and ‘Labour Law in Legal Practice’.

Winter Semester

Seminar in Labour Law
Under Section 6(1) of the SPB-PO 2023, students on the specialisation programme are required to attend a seminar and submit a seminar paper.
'Proseminar' (Introductory Seminar) in Labour Law
The introductory seminar on employment law can be attended for practice purposes.
