Marvin Cremer
Research Assistant
Marvin Cremer joined the Institute for International Law as a research assistant in December 2025. Previously, he worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Constitutional Law in the departments of Prof. Dr. Dr. Udo Di Fabio and subsequently Prof. Dr. Shu-Perng Hwang LL.M. (Columbia). He completed his law studies, which focused on “State and Constitution in the Process of Internationalisation” and were funded by the German National Academic Foundation, in May 2025 by passing the First Legal State Examination. In 2021/22 he also participated in the ICC Moot Court in international criminal law.
He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree, with his research focusing on the international legal assessment of cognitive warfare. Alongside his doctoral studies, he is also undertaking a second degree in Political Science and Philosophy.
