Examination Regulations for Law and Economics, dated July 9, 2025
On July 9, 2025, new examination regulations for the Bachelor’s program in Law and Economics were adopted, which took effect on October 1, 2025 (published on July 22, 2025). These regulations apply to students starting in the winter semester 2025/2026.

For students in higher semesters, switching to these new regulations is rarely advisable. If you are considering a switch, please contact the office beforehand.
Examination Regulations for Law and Economics 2017
On April 26, 2017, new examination regulations for the Bachelor’s program in Law and Economics were adopted, which took effect on May 12, 2017 (published on May 11, 2017).
These were amended by the First Amendment of June 29, 2023, which entered into force on October 1, 2023 (published on July 7, 2023). Transitional provisions were also adopted for this amendment.
A further amendment was made by the Second Amendment Ordinance of July 9, 2025, which entered into force on October 1, 2025 (published on July 22, 2025).
These examination regulations continue to apply to all students who began their studies before the 2025/2026 winter semester (and have not switched to the new curriculum).
