Dear students!
To issue a Transcript of Records, please send us your prepared Transcript of Records by e-mail to transcript@jura.uni-bonn.de. Do not forget to include your telephone number in this e-mail.
Please enclose your original transcripts of records (those that are not entered in Basis, i.e. AG certificates, major exercise certificates, foreign language certificate, etc.) as scans in your e-mail, stating the address to which the transcript of records should be sent.
Alternatively, you can also send the transcripts of records as originals or certified copies - together with an A4 envelope addressed to you - by post or you can drop the documents in post box no. 38 of the International Coordination Office opposite the Dean's Office.
After the transcript of records has been checked, the document will first be sent to you as a scan by e-mail and then as an original - together with the submitted transcripts of records - by post.
After passing the "First Examination", law students have the opportunity to obtain a "Master of Laws (L.L.M.)" degree at a foreign university. When applying, universities require the submission of a so-called "Transcript of Records". In some cases, a transcript of records must also be submitted with an Erasmus or exchange application to a partner university. Such a transcript is issued by the department.
