Bioethics requires interdisciplinary dialogue
The rapid and steady advances in the fields of modern life sciences raise ethical, legal, and social questions. One of the tasks of innovation-oriented research is to address these questions and to inform and support the broader societal discourse through a legal and regulatory perspective. The institute addresses this normative challenge through scientifically grounded research as well as activities that provide practical and policy advice.
