Prof. Dr. Klaus F. Gärditz
The chair's key research areas are constitutional law as well as science, environmental, pharmaceutical, and intelligence service law. In particular, the research focuses on the interrelationship between the scientific System and legal-political institutional, interdisciplinary approaches to natural sciences and law, the constitution from a transnational perspective, and fundamental issues of administrative law.
