Research
Professor Weller’s research focuses in particular on issues relating to the law on the protection of works of art and cultural property, as well as procedural law. Please visit the German website for further information on this subject.
Teaching & Study
Professor Weller mainly teaches on the Schwerpunktbereich (Area II) and on the examination course (Module Bürgerliches Recht I). Further information can be found on Basis, as well as on the German website.

Our library collection focuses on the subject areas of German and international civil procedure law.
