Nils Witte
Research Assistant
Nils Witte has been a research assistant and PhD candidate at the Professorship of Public Law (Prof. Dr Bettina Stepanek, LL.M.) at the Institute of Public Law, Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, since January 2025. In August 2024, he completed his law degree (specialising in Economic and Competition Law) with the First Examination at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne. During his specialisation studies and subsequently, he worked as a seminar leader in the Faculty of Law and as a research assistant at a major law firm in Bonn.
His research focuses on Sustainability and Climate Law, as well as the links to Public Economic and Financial law.
