Full-Service Legal Support and Advisory Services for Legislators
The ZMDT’s “Innovation Taxi” is designed to serve as a full-service portal for innovators. Following a thorough analysis of the innovation project, all legal issues are identified through the legal service and, depending on the need, addressed either through scientific guidance or an innovation session, or resolved through collaborative, external one-on-one legal counseling. Ultimately, the goal is to support the innovator’s journey from the initial idea to the launch of a spin-off. Any gaps or shortcomings in existing regulations that become apparent during this process will be brought to the attention of lawmakers in so-called legacy reports.
