Prof. Dr. DDr. h.c. Matthias Herdegen holds the Chair for Public, European and International Law at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, is the Director of the Institute for Public International Law and Institute for Public Law, member of the board of the Center for European Economic Law and Co-Director of the Center for International Security and Governance (CISG).
