Carl Vincent Kuhlmann
Research assistant
Carl Vincent Kuhlmann (born in 2000) initially studied business administration after graduating from high school and then transferred to the University of Bonn in April 2019 to study law.
During his studies, he completed internships at Kreplin und Partner Rechtsanwälte, KS-Rechtsanwälte und Notare, and the Düsseldorf district government.
In March 2025, he passed the state part of the first state examination and subsequently completed the university part of the state examination with a focus on economics, competition, and data law.
From July 2025 to January 2026, he worked as a student assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Data Economy Law, Data Protection, Digitalization, and Artificial Intelligence. Since February 2026, he has been a research assistant at the ZMDT and is supervising a data project for the CIO (Center for Integrated Oncology Aachen, Bonn, Cologne, Düsseldorf). He is also pursuing a doctorate on a topic related to data protection law.
