Daniel Winter
Research assistant
Daniel Winter (born 1997) studied law at the University of Bonn after graduating from high school. After passing the state examination, he chose to specialize in Area 3 (Economics and Competition). He completed his first state examination in 2023. From early 2021 to late 2022, he worked as a student assistant, and from early 2023 to late 2023 as a research assistant at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Cologne) in the Dispute Resolution department. He then worked at Osborne Clarke (Cologne) as a research assistant in the IT law department.
Since August 2024, he has been a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Data Economy Law, Data Protection Law, Digitalization Law, and Artificial Intelligence Law, where he is in charge of the “Bridge-Up” project.
