Michelle Brutscher 

Michelle Brutscher (born 1999) began studying law at the University of Bonn in the winter semester of 2017/2018. In the summer of 2022, she passed her first compulsory state examination and then completed her specialization in Area 3 (Economics and Competition). Here, she focused on data protection and data economy law as well as corporate law (first state examination in August 2023). As part of her studies, Michelle Brutscher completed an internship at dhpg Wirtschaftsprüfer Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater GmbH & Co. KG, where she has been working as a legal assistant in the data protection and compliance team since 2022. Since October 2023, she has been a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Data Economy Law, Data Protection, Digitalization, and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Bonn, where she is pursuing a doctorate in data law.
