  • 1995-2003 research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. H. Schöch at the University of Munich
  • 2001 Habilitation with a dogmatic paper about the privilege against self-incrimination (nemo tenetur se ipsum accusare) in the criminal proceeding, rewarded with the habilitationprice of the University of Munich 2002:
