The ‘Fördern, Fordern, Forschen’ (FFF) programme is an early study programme for pupils who already have an idea of what subject they might like to study after graduating from high school.
As part of FFF, you can take part in introductory lectures and even sit the final exams. If you then actually decide to study after your Abitur, you can have the partial credits you have already passed during the FFF recognised.
You must apply for participation in good time. At the end, we will organise a graduation ceremony at which you will also receive your certificates.
You can find more detailed information about the programme, the requirements and the application process at: www.fff.uni-bonn.de.
If you are admitted to the FFF programme, you can attend all lectures. The courses from the 1st semester are particularly recommended. The courses offered in the 1st semester of the summer semester 2025 can be found in the current time table.

Immerse yourself in the world of law studies for a day!
As a group of 10 to 20 students, you can experience the everyday life of a student for a whole day and get an idea of what to expect when studying law. Where possible, the day is always combined with a visit to a court hearing and a taster lecture.
‘I never really found law particularly appealing, but after today I can't let go of studying and especially the university. I think I've found what I want to do when I grow up.’
(Gina Götz, pupil)
Other students who attended our workshops reported:
"Great thing! Lots of general information about studying law and tasks that you might encounter later in your professional life.’
‘I really enjoyed the specialisation as it showed me that law is very interesting and multi-faceted. It is definitely an area that I will continue to study.’
