Nassim Krüsselsberg & Valerie Dück

Nassim Krüsselsberg has recently completed her first state exam after finishing her specialist degree program in corporate law and capital market law. She participated in the 26th Willem C. Vis Moot Court 2018/19 and stayed involved by providing assistance for later moot teams as a member of the Bonn Moot Association, partially as a board member. After the Moot Court competition, Nassim worked as a student assistant at the Institute of International Private Law and Comparative Law. She then completed a program for technical foreign language education in English (FFA IV) at the University of Bonn while finishing her first state exam. Now, she is employed at the Institute for German and International Civil Procedure Law.

Valerie Dück is currently studying law at the University of Bonn and will be finishing her first state exam in the next year. She competed in the 28th Willem C. Vis Moot Court and 18th Vis East Moot Court and was awarded an honorable mention for best oralist and advanced to the Round of 64 in the Vis East Moot Court. In addition to competing in the Vis Moot Court, she is interested in Negotiation and Mediation. Taking part in several competitions in Germany, India and even remote she has gained a valuable insight into the aforementioned fields of expertise. On the side, Valerie is working in e-commerce to advance her commercial understanding and build upon her interests outside of law. Now, she is employed at the Institute for German and International Civil Procedure Law.
