Your way to the Conference

If you arrive at Düsseldorf Airport (DUS), we recommend you to use the regional train (Regionalexpress, RE) to get to the Conference venues. As you can see in the picture above, you will only need 1 hr 49 min maximum to reach the Conference Hotel and the train goes every 60 min.

To get relaxed to the conference, please notice the following advice:

- Find the right train station at Düsseldorf Airport. As there are two different stations it is very important to find yourself at the station regional express trains ("Düsseldorf Flughafen", not: "Düsseldorf Flughafen Terminal"). You reach the RE-station "Düsseldorf Flughafen" with the SkyTrain. This is a tiny suspension railway which leads you directly to the station. For more information click here.

- Buy your ticket before entering the SkyTrain. When you have mobile data, you can buy your ticket directly via the smartphone app "DB Navigator". Alternatively, you can buy your ticket at the red-white ticket machines on the platforms with the "DB" logo. You can either pay with cash or card. In the process of buying the ticket, we highly recommend you to enter your certain station of departure and arrival (departure: Flughafen Terminal A/B, Düsseldorf / arrival: Bonn Hbf). Only this way you get automatically a combined ticket for SkyTrain and regional train so you do not need an extra ticket when you change trains. It will cost you about EUR 20.00. You will not be able to buy a ticket when you already entered the train.

- Once arrived at Bonn central station, you can make a short foot walk of about 13 min to the Motel One Bonn Beethoven as shown here.
