Anna Hemmer has been a student assistant at the Chair of Public Law (Prof. Spranger) at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn since September 2022. She began her law studies at the University of Bonn in 2020.

In particular, she supports the cooperation in the project "International Neuroethics Patent Initiative". As part of this project, she took part in the "International Neuroethics Patent Initiative Workshop" in Whistler, Canada and gave a lecture on "Morality and Human Rights in Neuroscience and Law" together with Julia Hansmann.
