Carolin Fischer has been a student assistant at the Chair of Public Law (Prof Spranger) at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn since October 2022. She began her law studies at the University of Bonn in 2019 and is mainly involved in the "iRecs" project at the chair.
