Clemens Heimsoeth

Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter

Clemens Heimsoeth (born 2000) began studying law at the University of Bonn in 2018. During his studies, he specialised in corporate and capital market law and completed internships at the law firm Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf and at the Federal Cartel Office. In 2020, Mr Heimsoeth was accepted into the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes). In the winter semester of 2023/24, he studied at the University of Fribourg as a Swiss European Mobility Programme scholarship holder. In February 2024, he passed the first state examination in law at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne.

From January 2020 to June 2022, Mr Heimsoeth worked as a student assistant at the Research College for Normative Foundations of Society (Forschungskolleg normative Gesellschaftsgrundlagen) under Prof. Dr. Dr. Udo Di Fabio. From July 2022 to March 2024, he worked as a student assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial, Corporate and Civil Procedure Law under Prof Dr Alexander Scheuch. Since April 2024, he has been working there as a research assistant and doctoral candidate.
