Das Institut für Völkerrecht lädt zu einer Rhineland Lecture in International Law von Prof Dr Eliav Lieblich LL.M. mit dem Titel "The Death and Life of the Prohibition on Forcible Reprisals" ein. Alle Interessierten - insbesondere Studierende - sind herzlich eingeladen. Die Veranstaltung findet am 30. Januar von 13:00 Uhr bis 14:00 Uhr in der Bibliothek des Instituts für Völkerrecht (Ostturm, 4. Stock) statt. Eine Teilnahme via Zoom ist ebenfalls möglich (Link unten). Anschließend wird es einen kleinen Kaffee- und Teeempfang geben, um in informeller Atmosphäre ins Gespräch zu kommen.
