Das Institut für Völkerrecht lädt zu einer Rhineland Lecture in International Law von Dr. Isabel Lischewski (Universität Münster) mit dem Titel "Function - Interaction - Exclusion. How Rules of Procedure shape international treaty negotiations" ein. Alle Interessierten - insbesondere Studierende - sind herzlich eingeladen. Die Veranstaltung findet am 21. Februar von 13:00 Uhr bis 14:00 Uhr in der Bibliothek des Instituts für Völkerrecht (Ostturm, 4. Stock) statt. Eine Teilnahme via Zoom ist ebenfalls möglich (Link unten). Anschließend wird es einen kleinen Kaffee- und Teeempfang geben, um in informeller Atmosphäre ins Gespräch zu kommen.
