The Study Group Support is responsible for handling all inquiries regarding the registration for study groups (Arbeitsgemeinschaften).

The Study Group Support is only available during the registration period for study groups.

Please note the following important information:

• Study Group Registration: Registration is exclusively online and must be completed independently via BASIS. Only FFF students, Erasmus students and students admitted via the replacement procedure (Nachrücker:innen) should contact the Study Group Support team directly.
• Changing Study Groups:
  • During the registration period: Changes can be made independently via BASIS by cancelling the existing registration and registering for a different study group, provided that places are still available.
  • After the registration period: Changes are generally not permitted. Exceptions may be made in justified cases and are subject to review by the Study Group Support team.
• Withdrawing from a Study Group: If you wish to withdraw, please release your spot on BASIS and inform both the Study Group Support team and the tutor of your study group of your withdrawal.

Aufgrund von technischen Problemen, werden zur Zeit Studierende in eCampus Gruppen eingeordnet, die von der Zuordnung auf BASIS abweichen. Die Zuordnung bei BASIS ist die richtige! Sollten Sie in eCampus in eine von BASIS abweichende Gruppe einsortiert worden sein, bitten wir um Ihre Geduld. Wir sind dabei das Problem zu beheben. Bitte sehen Sie von Anfragen bezüglich dieser Problematik ab.
